We put a hold on your credit or debit card the day before your cleaning, and charge it in the evening after the cleaning has been completed. Billing is handled through our secure, encrypted booking system.
Do your cleaners go through a background check?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked, completes a video interview and does trial cleanings before joining our network. Customers rate every visit.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
For recurring service, we send the same cleaner whenever possible, so they get to know your home and how you like it done.
