Most of our recurring customers are not home during the cleaning. On your first cleaning, we do recommend greeting your cleaner for a pre-cleaning walkthrough, and doing a final walkthrough together after the job is completed.
How long does a house cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. Homes under 2,000 sq ft typically get 1 cleaner, and 2,000–3,000 sq ft homes typically get 2. More cleaners finish faster without changing your price.
When will my card be charged?
We put a hold on your credit or debit card the day before your cleaning, and charge it in the evening after the cleaning has been completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts. You can reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
