What's included in an Airbnb cleaning?
Everything needed to make the space ready to use: cleaning inside cabinets, checking the fridge and oven and cleaning them out if used, cleaning inside the microwave, emptying the dishwasher and putting dishes away, bathrooms, fresh linens on the beds, fresh trash bags, restocking the supplies you provide, and vacuuming and mopping floors.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes. Book same-day, next-day or any day, with no advance notice needed. We can clean between guest check-out and check-in, depending on cleaner availability. Same-day cleaning is a $20 add-on. Learn more.
Do you do laundry and change linens?
Your cleaner puts fresh linens on the beds from the sets you keep on site. Laundry is available for an extra fee. For large loads, we take the linens and towels to a nearby laundromat, then come back and put everything away.
Can you restock guest supplies?
Yes, from the supplies you provide. Let us know where you keep toilet paper, paper towels and other guest essentials. We don’t purchase supplies for you, so keep your supply closet stocked.
What cleaning do you recommend after a long-term stay?
If a guest stayed a month or longer, we recommend a deep cleaning. For stays of 3 months or more, add our super deep cleaning add-on to reset the property completely.
Will you report damage or missing items?
Yes. If your cleaner notices damage, missing items, an excessive mess or a maintenance issue, we’ll let you know.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We aim to send the same background-checked cleaners to your property every turnover, so they learn your setup and standards.
What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
Every turnover is backed by our 3-day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, let us know and we’ll come back within 3 days to make it right at no extra charge.

Yes. We clean Airbnb properties as well as vacation rentals listed on VRBO, Booking.com and other short-term rental platforms.
What if guests leave the property really dirty?

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed. Guest supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and soap are provided by you.
