Can I cancel or reschedule?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Most of our recurring customers are not home during the cleaning. On your first cleaning, we do recommend greeting your cleaner for a pre-cleaning walkthrough, and doing a final walkthrough together after the job is completed.

Yes. Same-day cleaning is a $20 add-on for any service. Book online with at least 2 hours’ notice, or call us and we’ll check availability.
Which service should I choose?
For regular upkeep, choose house cleaning. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, choose a deep cleaning. Moving? Choose move-in/move-out cleaning. See all services for full checklists.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your code in the discount step of the booking form. One code per booking; codes can’t be combined.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings all the supplies and equipment needed. Eco-friendly products are available on request, or your cleaner can use your products.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
For recurring service, we send the same cleaner whenever possible, so they get to know your home and how you like it done.
