We’re currently servicing from Santa Barbara down to San Diego.  That includes: Santa Barbara, Ventura County, Los Angles County, Inland Empire, Orange County, San Diego County and Denver, CO. 

We offer 3 main types of cleanings:  Regular cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out cleaning.  You can customize the cleaning to your liking by selecting any extras in step 4 on the booking form.   

1) A regular cleaning is recommended for a home that has either been serviced by a professional cleaning company in the past couple months. Or if the house is regularly kept up by the owner and doesn’t require intense scrubbing.  This cleaning includes bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning (excludes inside appliances) , living area /common area, bedroom general cleaning, straightening, dusting and floors. Any extras like windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, etc should be added in step 4.  

2) A deep cleaning is recommended if it’s been between 3-5 months since your last professional house cleaning service. This covers everything in the regular cleaning but involves a much more rigorous scrubbing and detailing which takes more time and effort which is the reason for the increased charge. Any extras like windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, etc should be added in step 4.  

3)  Move In/Out Cleaning is the most complete cleaning service offered. This involves everything in a deep clean PLUS cleaning out all the appliances (refrigerator, oven, etc) and wiping out the inside of the cabinets. Basically we make the house move-in ready. This cleaning does not include cleaning all the walls, windows or garage spaces.  

The price is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of the home. Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that you want cleaned and the square footage of the entire home and the quote is given at the bottom of the page.  You can customize your house cleaning by picking the various extra cleaning options like windows, washing dishes, folding laundry, etc on step 4. 

Yes, each professional housekeeper supplies their own cleaning products.  If you have  products you would like them to use, please let us know in the comments section on the booking page and they will do their best to provide it. Or, if you would like to provide a special cleaning product like Pinesol, Bona, etc, please leave it out  on the counter and the cleaner will be happy to use it. 

Most definitely.  You can select extras on Step 4 of the booking page.  Please feel free to contact us if there’s something specific you’re looking for.

Yes, we do! We understand not all customers want their entire home cleaned.  For $65 per hour, we provide1 maid equipped with cleaning supplies. $130 per hour for 2 maids.  Please call (888-571-9181) or email (support@marchingmaids.com) to book an hourly clean.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Each professional house cleaner has gone through a competitive interview process to ensure only the best quality housekeepers are selected.  We do in-person interviews, check references and do a full background check on all cleaners.

We safe guard all of your personal information through high security servers and verified payment systems.

Yes, all professional cleaners have all passed a 10 point national background check.

Marching Maids Cleaning Agency vets every domestic homekeeper via in-person interviews, reference checks and national criminal background check. You do not need to be home when we clean and most clients are not.

We will send 1 or 2 domestic workers based on the size of your home, location and the details of the job. If there is a particular cleaner that you like, please allow some flexibility in your schedule and I’ll make sure to send them to your home.
