What's included in a general cleaning?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces dusted and wiped, bathrooms sanitized, trash emptied, and floors vacuumed and mopped. See the full checklist above. Extras like inside the oven or fridge can be added when you book.
How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Bi-weekly works best for most homes. The more often you clean, the bigger the discount: 30% off weekly, 25% off bi-weekly, 20% off every three weeks and 15% off monthly. You can change your frequency anytime with 24 hours’ notice.
What's the difference between general and deep cleaning?
A general cleaning keeps a home that’s already in good shape clean. A deep cleaning takes more time and elbow grease to scrub away buildup, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. We recommend a deep cleaning if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 3+ months.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings all the supplies needed. If you have products you like, they’ll gladly use them.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
For recurring cleanings we aim to send the same cleaner each visit, so they learn your home and your preferences.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts. You can reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
Usually 1 or 2, depending on the size of the job. Under 2,000 sq ft is typically 1 cleaner, and 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft is typically 2. We charge by the job, not the hour, so more cleaners only speeds things up. It doesn’t change the price.
Can I book a same-day cleaning?
Yes, same-day cleaning is available in all our areas. Book as early in the day as you can for the best availability.
How do I pay?
