Can I book a same-day cleaning?
Yes, same-day cleaning is available in all our areas. The earlier you book the better. Late-afternoon requests can be harder to fill.

What's the difference between deep cleaning and general cleaning?
A general cleaning keeps a home that’s already in good shape clean. A deep cleaning takes more time and elbow grease to scrub away buildup, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. We recommend a deep cleaning if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 3+ months.
Can you clean only certain areas of my home?

What's your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees with 24 hours’ notice, and no contracts for recurring service.

How many cleaners come to my home?
Usually 1 or 2, depending on the size of the job. Under 2,000 sq ft is typically 1 cleaner, and 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft is typically 2. We charge by the job, not the hour, so more cleaners only speeds things up. It doesn’t change the price.
