How do I create a Marching Maids Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://marchingmaids.launch27.com/login/

Do you service my area?

We’re currently servicing Ventura County and the surrounding areas.  Our range is roughly from Ventura to Thousand Oaks at the moment.  However, we have big plans and hope to serve an area near you soon.

Cities covered:  Ventura, Oxnard, Hueneme, Camarillo, Somis, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Westlake, Oak Park, Agoura, Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ojai, Oak View

Which cleaning program is right for me?

We offer three different types of cleanings plus additional add-ons: Routine Clean, Deep Clean and Move In/Out Clean.

Routine Clean is recommended for a home that has either been serviced by a professional cleaning company in the past month. Or, if the house is regularly kept up by the owner and doesn’t require intense scrubbing.

 

Deep Clean covers everything in a routine clean but involves a much more rigorous and robust clean. We generally sweat through our shirts on this one 🙂 This also includes a detailing of the baseboards and kitchen/bathroom cabinetry.

 

Move In/Out Clean is the most complete clean we do. This involves everything in a deep clean plus cleaning out all the appliances (refrigerator, oven, etc) and wiping out the inside of the cabinets. Basically we make the house move-in ready. This cleaning does not include cleaning all the walls or windows. But we will spot clean any glaring marks on the walls or door jams.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.  Have a custom job? Please feel free to contact us and we’re more than happy to accommodate.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies that are safe for all humans and pets.  If you have your own products you would like us to use, please let us know in the comments section on the booking page.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Most definitely.  You can select extras on the booking page.  Please feel free to contact us if there’s something specific you’re looking for.

Do you have an hourly rate option?

Yes, we do! We understand not all customers want their entire home cleaned.  For $65 per hour, we provide two maids and all cleaning supplies.  Please call (805-285-5323) or email (support@marchingmaids.com) to book an hourly clean.

How do I log into my account?

You can login to your account through the sign in button at the top of the Homepage

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://marchingmaids.launch27.com/login/

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password on the sign in page.  Click “forgot Password”

How do I change my address?

Simply log into your account and edit your address. Or feel free to contact us and we can do it for you.

How do I change my credit card?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can click “Book in 60 Seconds” or “Schedule Appointment Now” buttons.  Also, you can simply contact us via email, phone or chat feature and we’ll gladly help you out.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Our cleaning professionals have gone through a competitive interview process to ensure only the best quality maids are hired.  We do in-person interviews, check references and do a full background check on all of our cleaners.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If anything happens whatsoever, please contact us and we’ll make it right.  We’re only as happy as the satisfaction of our last customer.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We safe guard all of your personal information through high security servers and verified payment systems.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Our professional cleaners have all passed a 10 point national background check.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We offer a 200% refund policy.  If you’re not happy after the 1st cleaning, let us know within 7 days and we’ll return to clean it for free.  Still not happy?  We’ll refund 100% of your money.
